SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.
OliveWoodSupply stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a OliveWoodSupply representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
OliveWoodSupply can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada via FedEx. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. For all of your orders you qualify for free shipping. For shipments outside of the United States and Canada, we use UPS services. OliveWoodSupply is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by FedEx.
Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.
Free Shipping – Stock product orders of $290 or more within the 48 contiguous states qualify for free Fedex Express Air Shipping.  Free shipping offer does not apply on custom printed products or orders shipping to AK, HI or PR.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns.We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at olivewoodsupplu@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
